July Favorites 2016| Monthly Favorites

Hi everyone! So here it is…my July beauty favorites. It’s August already!!!! I can’t believe it. July was such a busy month for me. I joined college and *sobs* college life is tough. I have to do tons of assignments and have exams every now and then. So, I am so sorry if I can’t post so often. I hope you guys will understand.

Monthly Beauty Favorites

I actually did a haul and I ended up loving a lot of products I bought from that haul.

Without further ado, let’s jump into it.

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette

I’m just so obsessed with it and have been using it alone non-stop every single day. I just ignored all the eyeshadow palettes and singles I own. Even if I don’t want to wear any eye makeup, I use the shadeΒ White Chocolate on my lids and call it a day. The shade “Marzipan” is hands down the most beautiful eyelid shade I’ve ever seen. I’ve created a few makeup looks using this palette. You can check them out on my InstagramΒ or click here and here. Now I finally understand why beauty gurus love them. It’s definitely worth the hype! The shades are just so creamy and buttery and blends beautifully. The shade selection is just perfect. It’s got all the basic neutrals you will ever need and some pops of colors. Definitely worth it guys!! I highly recommend it.

Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum Gel Foundation

I got this because it was on sale and I never thought I would love this foundation as much as I do right now. I thought it would be a bit oily for my combination skin with super hot and humid weather here. But man was I wrong.. It gives you a healthy, natural looking, dewyΒ finish and it works so well with my combination skin. My T-zone doesn’t get oily at all and it has a very great staying power as it claims. So I am really impressed with it. Even if you have oily skin, you can definitely use it.

Mac Lipstick in Please Me

If you have been following me for a while, you know that I am a huge fan of liquid lipsticks and I am not so into the traditional lipstick. Because Mac Lipsticks are so highly raved, I though I would be open-minded and give it a shot. Girl, I am so glad I did it. The formula is incredible. It’s so creamy, highly pigmented and not so drying despite having a matte finish. Of course, it’s not as matte as liquid lipsticks but I still love it. It has a very nice staying power too. This shade in particular is just so stunning. I will be trying more shades in the future for sure.

Dose Of Colors Liquid Lipstick in Cork

The formula of this blew my mind. The texture of this is divine-very soft and creamy. It’s so pigmented and glides on smoothly without caking up or accentuating cracks. It’s quite comfortable on the lips and has a great staying power. So far the best liquid lipstick formula I’ve tried!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dip Brow Pomade “Auburn”

This has transformed my brow game completely. I don’t know what is it about it that makes it easier to fill in my brows. I was always so stressed about my brows-not being on fleek but now I don’t have to worry about it anymore. All thanks to this little guy. The texture is creamy and soft. It’s not so tricky to apply. With some practice, you can definitely master it. It’s definitely worth the hype and the splurge. I highly recommend it.
