Hello everyone! How are things? Hope everything is going well for you. Today, I will be introducing you guys Etude House Rosy Tint lips.
First of all, what are lip tints? If you don’t know what they are, you are definitely missing out! Currently, it’s one of the biggest Korean makeup trends. Basically, they are lip stains that are so light-weight on the lips and super long lasting. They can be applied all over the lips like traditional lipsticks but can also be used to create a gradient lip look by applying only in the center of the lips and blending out which is trending nowadays in Korean because of its effortless naturally looking lip color that stains all day. Benefit benetint would be an example of western version of it.
Etude House Rosy Tint Lips are slightly different from typical lip tints. It has a creamy consistency and isn’t as long lasting as other types of lip tints like watery, jelly/gel, milky and balm. They are much of like lipsticks in tube forms. Because I love them so much, I even featured this in my Top 5 Etude House Products.

Well, it’s a product from Etude House. Do I have to say more? The packaging is just so cute. The plastic tubes have all the matching colors with their corresponding lipstick shades which make it easy to choose the shades at the first glance. They have sponge applicators which aren’t hygienic but great for beginners when creating a gradient lip look. If you are really concerned about product hygiene, you can simply remove the sponge- a piece of cake. However, you have the squeeze the tube to get the product makes it difficult to control the amount of products you get.

Pigmentation: You won’t be disappointed by their pigmentations. They are opaque and highly pigmented.
Consistency: Creamy and glide smoothly on the lips. Unlike most lip tints which are water-based tints, they aren’t drying.
Finish: They have matte finishes but of course, not as matte as western liquid lipsticks. But they are not drying. However, if you have really dry/chapped lips, make sure you exfoliate and moisturize your lips before application.
Lasting ability: They do not claim that they are long lasting. As I mentioned earlier, they are more like lipsticks in a tube form. The lasting ability is average. They only lasts 3-4 hrs. without eating or drinking. So you need touch-ups throughout the day.

It’s very comfortable on the lips and has a wide color range, even a nude shade which is very rare in Korean brands especially in a lip tint form. It does stain a little but not as strong as other Korean lip tints. It is affordable and highly pigmented. It retails for $11.10 at Etude House online store. The only downside would be that they aren’t so long-lasting. Overall, it’s perfect for people who love both American and Korean cultures and love their makeup looks.
